S7E23 went out Live on Rebel Rock Radio at 19h00 on 6 June 2024.  South Africa is a buzz with the sound of election results being counted so while we wait for that we rocked out with all the best Rock and Metal we could squeeze into 3 hours.  Hope you enjoy the show.

The evolution of the Foo Fighters, continued, this weeks track was the ‘Best of You’.

Twisted Triplets featured tracks called ‘Forever Young’.  Overdrivers, Def Leppard and of course Bob Dylan gave us their songs by that name.

Immortals this week came from Jethro Tull, a track off Aqualung called ‘My God’

The Diabolical Challenge looked at four bands beginning with the letter ‘W’.  The idea is that we have 4 albums, and you can only pick one.  This week we had:

Warrant – Cherry Pie

Wolfmother – Wolfmother

Whitesnake – 1987

W.A.S.P. – W.A.S.P.

Bomb Crocodile and Slow Panda’s picks of the week were Journey – Don’t Stop Believing and Black Sabbath – You Won’t Change Me.

Between all of this, there was a whole lot of amazing rock and metal.
